1788 Connecticut Copper, Miller 5-B.2, struck over Nova Constellatio, nice VF-XF.

Ex. Bob Vlack - George Perkins - Steve Tanenbaum, Stack's/Bowers 1/2012, lot 7431.

107.2 grains. An excellent example of the variety, struck over a Nova Constellatio and there is enough undertype present to attribute the host coin as a 1785 Crosby 5-E. Hard, glossy medium brown surfaces with nice eye appeal despite some minor marks on each side. Curved clip at 10 o'clock.
